Sephora
Intern project for Digitas SF. Tasked with selling Gen-Z more make up, we created a campaign that told Gen-Z’ers that they can express every part of their complex personalities with Sephora. Be it glam, punk, natural, gender fluidity, emo, or whatever, Sephora allows you to “Reflect Every You.”

Mirror Maze
Experiential in-store activation that utilizes Sephora’s existing AR technology to reflect new options and fashion styles back to guests in real time, highlighting the possibilities they can achieve with Sephora. A beauty technician will be waiting at a counter at the end of the maze to apply the new options. Guests’ real reactions inside the maze will be recorded and used for video content.

Out of home installations in high traffic city centers to run alongside music festivals in LA, Atlanta, and Chicago.
Social & Digital Static
Wherein a businesswoman stuck in her normal duotone life sees her inner flower child reflected back at her in full color, a shy girl imagines herself more glamorously, and a young man desires a feminine appearance, all made possible by Sephora.
App Extension
We added another tab to the Sephora app where users can select a particular vibe and get style tips with product recommendations for how to apply it.
Slot Machine
Large interactive slot machines placed at music festivals where users can let fate decide their eye and lip makeup styles, based on the headliners of the festival. Samples will be distributed and users encouraged to share their photos online in a collective festival gallery.
